Marketing Studio ("Marketing Studio", "we", "us", "our") is a product operated by Loubenita Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our content-generation and publishing service, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have. By using Marketing Studio you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of data when you request access and use the service:

• Account & invite data - your name, email address, organisation, and invite status.
• Content you create - the prompts, briefs, generated copy, imagery and drafts produced in your workspace.
• Connected account data - access tokens and profile details for the LinkedIn, Instagram and Threads accounts you link.
• Model provider keys - the API keys you supply for third-party AI providers, stored encrypted and used only to run your requests.
• Usage & technical data - runs generated, features used, IP address, device and browser information, and diagnostic logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the service - generating, drafting, scheduling and publishing your content to connected platforms.
• To meter usage and surface per-run costs so you can see spend as it happens.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical issues.
• To communicate with you about your account, invite status, and material changes to the service.

4. AI Processing & Your Content

When you generate content, your prompts and briefs are sent to the AI model providers whose keys you have connected, in order to produce the requested output. We do not use your content, prompts or generated output to train our own models. Your workspace content is private to you and the collaborators you invite.

5. Connected Social Accounts

When you link a LinkedIn, Instagram or Threads account, we store the access tokens needed to publish on your behalf. We request only the permissions required to draft and post content. You can disconnect any platform at any time from your workspace, which revokes the stored token. We never post without an explicit action or schedule that you have approved.

6. Model Provider Keys & Third-Party AI

Marketing Studio operates on a bring-your-own-key model. The provider keys you supply are encrypted at rest and used solely to route your generation requests to those providers. Your prompts and the resulting output are processed by the third-party AI providers under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the independent data practices of those providers.

7. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• AI & infrastructure providers - to generate content and host the service.
• Connected platforms - LinkedIn, Instagram and Threads, when you publish to them.
• Authorities - where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data and workspace content for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your content and revoke connected tokens within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, tax or security obligations.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access controls, and regular reviews. Provider keys and platform tokens are encrypted and access is limited to the systems that need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to request a portable copy. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

11. International Transfers

Some of our providers operate outside the UK. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or equivalent mechanisms, in line with UK GDPR.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date above. If the changes are material we will notify you through the service or by email.
